A clinically validated screening assessment for adults who want to understand whether they might have ADHD, Autism, or both.
What this assessment covers
The quiz adapts based on your early answers, routing you through the most relevant validated instruments for your profile.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Difficulty sustaining attention, impulsivity, restlessness, and executive function challenges — often misunderstood as laziness or carelessness.
Autism Spectrum Condition. Differences in social communication, sensory processing, and a need for routine or predictability — frequently masked or undetected, especially in women.
Co-occurring ADHD and autism. Increasingly recognised as a distinct presentation with unique challenges — where ADHD impulsivity and autistic need for routine directly conflict.
How it works
The quiz is structured in phases. Your early answers determine which follow-up assessments you receive — so you only answer what's relevant to you.
You complete a short Attention & Focus section (6 questions) and a Social & Communication section (10 questions).
Based on your scores, the quiz routes you into ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD follow-up questions — skipping what's not relevant.
If autism traits are indicated, you're offered a deeper 40-question Life Experiences section covering social connection, language, sensory experience, and routine.
You receive a visual profile with scores, clinical threshold comparisons, and personalised next-step recommendations.
What we assess
All questions are original content written for this platform, inspired by decades of published neurodevelopmental research. This tool is not affiliated with or a reproduction of any published diagnostic instrument.
Explores attention regulation, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive function — the core domains of ADHD in adults. Inspired by WHO-published research into adult attention disorders.
Explores social communication differences, sensory processing, and perceptual style — core domains of autism spectrum traits in adults. Inspired by Cambridge University research.
Explores how much effort you put into adapting, concealing, and compensating in social situations — a key factor in late autism diagnosis, particularly in women. Inspired by UCL research.
An optional deeper section covering social connection, language and thinking, sensory experience, and routine — across your whole life, not just recently.
The assessment is completely free, private, and takes between 10 and 35 minutes depending on your answers.
